How is Powcoat Texture (Powder Surface) MDF Powder Coating Applied?

The product to be colored is applied a single coat of paint using Primer MDF Powder Coating first.

After being cured at 120 degrees for 5 minutes, the product is sanded, making it ready for a final layer of coating.

The product colored with Texture (Powder Surface) Powder Coating, which creates a thickness of 60-80 microns on the surface, is cured at 120 degrees for 5 minutes.

Set to the side for cooling once out of the oven, it is sent out for shipment.
